My passion for travel was sparked in the late 1970s on a family trip to Greece—where ancient ruins captivated my father, while my sister and I found magic in the sea, sun, and simple moments of local life. Watching fishermen bring in their daily catch to be served at the local taverna left a lasting impression: travel is as much about culture and connection as it is about place. 

Fuelled by curiosity and a love of adventure, I set off exploring Europe by train, and later backpacking through Australia and Southeast Asia—all before smartphones and email existed. These early experiences inspired a lifelong journey through the world of travel and hospitality. 

My professional background spans decades in high-end event management, delivering bespoke corporate events and incentive travel experiences across the globe—from the glamour of Cannes and San Francisco to the snow-capped elegance of St. Moritz and the wild beauty of South Africa and Iceland.  When my children were small I continued my further education and gained a 1st in Tourism Management, enjoying the modules on sustainability in particular.  

Despite my far flung adventures, Greece remains a personal favourite—and was the very first destination I shared with my children. Its sun-soaked beaches, rich culture, world-class cuisine, and exquisite resorts make it one of the ultimate luxury travel experiences.
